SP+M appointed by Coventry University Technology Park

April 26, 2017

Commercial property specialist Shortland Penn + Moore has been appointed by Coventry University Technology Park.

The Technology Park is a 20-acre site based just outside Coventry city centre and includes a range of offices, from headquarters buildings to smaller, start-up units.

Shortland Penn + Moore (SP+M) has been given exclusivity to market any available properties on the park, which currently include around 2,000 sq ft of space, in seven offices.

There is already significant interest from high-profile organisations in some of the available space.

Jonathan Moore, of SP+M, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by Coventry University Technology Park.

“It has been a huge success over several years and is home to range of businesses and organisations, including many start-up and high-tech companies.

“Our Coventry office is based at Coventry University Technology Park so we know all about the quality of the location and the office space.

“There are seven units available at this stage and we will be marketing them with immediate effect – we’ve already got very good interest and are in negotiations for some of the units.”

Sarb Ladhar, of Coventry University Enterprises Ltd – which manages the operation of Coventry University Technology Park, said: “The Technology Park has grown significantly over the last few years and for us it was imperative that the appointed agent possessed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the product on offer to potential businesses.

“It’s wonderful to be able to once again utilise the services of the SP+M team as our long established relationship has worked extremely well in the past. We are confident that we will witness the same level of commitment to sourcing businesses that will help to continue to make the Technology Park a supportive, professional environment for businesses to grow and develop on.”
