Commercial property specialist Shortland Penn + Moore has been appointed by Coventry University Technology Park.
The Technology Park is a 20-acre site based just outside Coventry city centre and includes a range of offices, from headquarters buildings to smaller, start-up units.
Shortland Penn + Moore (SP+M) has been given exclusivity to market any available properties on the park, which currently include around 2,000 sq ft of space, in seven offices.
There is already significant interest from high-profile organisations in some of the available space.
