Shortland Penn + Moore has advised on one of the largest commercial property deals to complete in Coventry and Warwickshire in more than 12 months.
The agents acted as the disposal agent on behalf of St. Modwen at Whitley Business Park where a new £23.5million purpose-built distribution centre has just been handed over to builders merchant giant Travis Perkins.
The 215,300 sq ft unit on 21 acres is part of a 93-acre business park which also includes Jaguar Land Rover and Prime Accountants. SP+M acted alongside Savills.
