Shortland Penn + Moore was established in 1995 and is based in the heart of Coventry and Birmingham City Centres. Shortland Penn + Moore is a leading property consultancy with a strong reputation for providing first-rate advice for a wide range of clients.
The practice is led by David Shortland, David Allen and Jonathan Moore, each with years of experience within the Midlands’ commercial property market within their respective fields.
David Allen and Jonathan Moore have both worked for international property consultancies and lead the Investment Team but also provide valuable support to the Valuation and Agency Teams.
The Valuation Team comprises Roger Stanway and Stephen Dallimore, who have worked with national and international property consultancies. Roger has also previously worked for the UK government as well as having a prominent role within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The Agency Team includes James Compton who specialises in commercial agency, and is supported by Debbie du Piesanie.
